ABOUT
The Nelson Aero Club was established in 1932 and has a long successful history of pilot training. We provide a high level flight training in a friendly environment that welcomes pilots of all abilities.
The club offers flight training towards PPL and CPL licences including night ratings and aerobatic ratings. The club has a Young Eagles programme in place. We also offer private hire in a variety of Cessna aircraft.
Nelson is regarded as the sunshine capital of New Zealand which means we get plenty of opportunity to fly throughout the year. See our website for more details or contact us directly through the links below.
